Global Conference on
Harnessing B5 for Sustainable & Clean Planet

Event Date : 4thWeek of March 2017

Our Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendar Modi ji has launched Swachh Bharat Mission which, we believe, doesn’t mean only cleaning public places but the vision behind it is to save the mother earth and make the planet a livable place.The whole universe, including the human body, contains the combination of B5, i.e., five basic physical elements – Prathvi (Earth), Jal (Water), Agni (Fire), Vayu (Air) and Akash (Aether). The legendary Indian poet and saint Swami Tulsidas acknowledged it hundreds of years ago in Ramayana where he writes,

Kshiti Jal Pawak, Gagan sameera;
Panch rachit ati adham sharira

(The body is made up of five elements such as earth, water, air, fire, ether)

B5 has a correlation with our five senses – smell, taste, hearing, touch and sight. Any imbalance in one or more elements in the external eco-system or the internal body system impacts each other and results into an unpleasant situation.

The imbalance of B5 in our internal body system afflicts our inner consciousness which translates into our thoughts and action and we tend to temper with nature. For instance, reckless construction, indiscriminate industrialization, vehicular pollution are all due to our lack of concern for the environment.

Similarly, a polluted environment is a threat to our existence. Natural disaster like flood, earthquake, volcanoes etc. occurs due to disharmony of B5 in the outer world.Nature teaches the individual to live in harmony with the B5 for both inner and outer peace. It’s possible only when we strive to create a balance of B5 in the inner-self and the outer world.Mahatma Gandhi, The Father of the nation, once said, “Earth provides enough to satisfy every man’s needs, but not every man’s greed.”

To overcome this greed, one needs to raise one’s inner-consciousness. It’s possible with the help of spiritual exercises such as meditation, prayers, Yoga etc. However, the application of science and technology is essential to decontaminate the outer world and bring a balance in the B5.

Renowned ecologist, scientist and writer Chris Maser says “What we are doing to the forests of the world is but a mirror reflection of what we are doing to ourselves and to one another.”

Environmentalists and policy makers across the globe have realized the need to come together on one platform to deal with the environmental degradation. A historic step in this direction is the Paris Agreement, the world’s first comprehensive climate agreement, in which 194 countries have agreed to work towards reducing global warming.

We, Mother International Foundation, believe, it’s better to light a candle than curse the darkness. So, in an effort to do our bit for the Mother Earth and highlight the real message of Swachh Bharat Mission, we are holding an international seminar-cum-exhibition which aims at exploring ways and means of protecting B5 both in our eco-system through the application of science and technology and in our inner self through spiritual means.

The vast reservoir of Indian scientific and philosophical knowledge with latest scientific data and the world’s best minds from environment, academic, policy making will come together to deliberate how to harness the power of B5 for sustainable and clean planet.

The outcome will form the basis of a global action on macro and micro level for everyone to accept and initiate.
